If you distribute this program (See Help file under the topic: "Copyright
and Legal Stuff", you must include all of these files in your zipped file.

To install : using your Windows Explorer, create a directory for this program 
(ex. : c:\Obliqu95) and unzip the file in it.  There is not problem using a 
short-cut to this program on your desktop, your start menu or your startup 
directory.

To uninstall, just delete the directory and its content and any short-cut you 
created.
