Fine anno, tempo di regali: ecco services.autistici.org

Per un po’ di tempo Autistici/Inventati aveva sospeso l’attivazione dei
servizi per problemi al sistema di gestione delle richieste.
Da pochi giorni il problema è rientrato, con un sistema nuovo nuovo che trovate
all’indirizzo http://services.autistici.org e da cui potete richiedere
account di posta, mailing list e siti web.

+ AGGIORNAMENTO GATTO E PASSWORD

A voi che l’account gia’ l’avete ricordiamo un paio di cose
fondamentali da fare, tanto per chiudere l’anno in bellezza e con tutto in
ordine.
Molti di voi non hanno impostato la domanda del gatto: e’ necessario che lo
facciate, altrimenti se dimenticate la vostra password non potremo piu’
fornirvela e perderete la vostra mailbox; entrate quindi nel pannello utente e
cliccate su “imposta il gatto”.
Chi invece ha gia’ impostato la domanda ma ha inserito nella riposta
piu’ di una parola rischia di non ricordare la risposta, a sua volta: questo
e’ gia’ successo, e anche in questo caso sfortunatamente non potremo
aiutarvi nel recupero della password. Per questo, vi raccomandiamo di cambiare
la domanda del gatto inserendo nella risposta un’unica parola.

Infine, un’ultima raccomandazione delle zie autistiche: ricordate quando
avete scelto la password definitiva, quella che non scorderete mai piu’?
Bene, ora che la ricordate tanto bene, e’ tempo di cambiarla! E’ una
questione di sicurezza: mantenere la password per piu’ di sei mesi e’ un
grande rischio, quindi cambiatela appena avete cinque minuti liberi.

+ SOTTOSCRIZIONI E MERCHANDISING

Per finire, qualche regalo a noi.
Come non ci stancheremo mai di ripetere, A/I e’ un server libero ma non
gratuito: noi tutt* gestiamo i vari servizi su base del tutto volontaria, ma
abbiamo anche grandi costi per la banda, l’hardware e tutto quanto babbo
natale non sa come caricare sulla sua slitta.

Per questo, vi chiediamo di pensare anche a un regalino autistico, approfittando
del periodo di bonta’ che ci avvolge tutti.
Nella nostra lettera di babbo natale abbiamo espresso tre desideri:
1. piccole sottoscrizioni dagli utenti (

2. serate, pomeriggi e convivi di finanziamento e supporto per
Autistici/Inventati (se volete, e se possiamo, veniamo a far festa con voi,
comunque contattateci a info@autistici.org se avete spazi per organizzare eventi
del genere)
3. gadget per sostenerci: poster, spille, adesivi, t-shirt (nere ma anche

Eccoci finalmente al momento degli auguri, ed essendo i nostri rigorosamente
pagani, sono sicuramente sinceri e sentiti.
A tutti gli autistici/inventati, quindi, un anno nuovo per le feste e le
cospirazioni, le ispirazioni per innalzarvi e le risate per seppellirli.
E non dimenticate che un giro attorno al letto e tre saltelli appena svegli il
primo dell’anno vi aiuteranno nella buona sorte.

+ CHRISTMAS TIME NEWS

The year’s approaching its end, it’s time for presents:
services.autistici.org is here.

For a while Autistici/Inventati had stopped activating its services due to some
problems with the requests management system.
Now the problem has been solved, with a brand new system you’ll find at
http://services.autistici.org where you can request mail accounts, mailing lists
and websites.

+ PASSWORD RECOVERY AND PASSWORD CHANGE

As for you who already have a password, we’d like to remind you a pair of
fundamental things to do, just to end the year with a flourish and with every
piece in its place.
Many of you haven’t set the password recovery question: you should really do
it, otherwise if you forget your password we won’t be able to give it to you
and you’ll loose your mailbox; so enter the user panel and click “set
password recovery”.
Those of you who have already set a password recovery question but have set an
answer with more than one word might risk a loss of memory with the answer: it
has often occurred, and neither in this unfortunate case will we be able to help
you. Therefore we recommend you to set the password recovery answer with just
one word.

To conclude, one last piece of advice by the autistic nannies: do you remember
the moment when you chose your final password, the one you’ll never forget?
Well, now you remember it so well, it’s time to change it! It’s a matter
of security: keeping your password for more than six months is dangerous, so
change it as soon as you have five spare minutes.

+ DONATIONS AND BENEFIT EVENTS

Finally, some presents for us.
As we’ll never get tired of repeating, A/I is a free server, but it’s
not for free: we all manage the various services on an absolutely voluntary
basis, but we also face heavy costs for connection, hardware and everything
santa claus is not able to load on his sleigh.

Therefore, with the favour of the good will enshrouding all of us, we ask you to
consider a small autistic present.
In our letter to santa we’ve made three wishes:

2. benefit events for Autistici/Inventati (if you have a place where you can
organize such events, contact us at info@autistici.org)

The moment of greetings has finally come, and since ours are strictly pagan,
they are surely sincere and deeply felt.
To every autistici/inventati user a wish for a new year of partying and
conspiring, with elevating inspirations and the laughters which will bury down
them all.
And don’t forget: walking around your bed and making three jumps when you
wake up on New Year’s Day will help your good luck.
