Based from an old idea, at last I had some time to implement it, a Pacman library and log file parser, which stores the extracted data in a database for the plugin-like charts classes to play with.
The interface uses PyGTK and Libglade, database support is based on SQLite, internationalization on gettext and plotting on Matplotlib.
